Crockpot Italian Beef Sandwiches

If you’re craving a dinner that feels a little indulgent but takes almost zero effort, these Italian Beef Sandwiches are it. Slow-cooked all day until the beef is fall-apart tender, packed with tangy giardiniera and pepperoncini, and piled high on toasted hoagie rolls with melty provolone—this is the kind of meal that makes the whole house smell amazing and has everyone hovering in the kitchen by dinnertime.


It’s one of my favorite “set it and forget it” recipes for busy days, game days, or when you’re feeding a crowd without wanting to stand over the stove. Don’t skip the jus for dipping...it takes these sandwiches from good to restaurant-level good, and trust me, you’ll want every last drop.
