Lasagna is the ultimate comfort food—a warm, hearty dish that brings people together around the dinner table. With its layers of rich tomato sauce, creamy cheese, and perfectly cooked pasta, it offers a blend of textures and flavors that feels like a hug on a plate. Growing up in the 90s, I was influenced by Zoe from Zoom and now make my lasagna by rolling up each lasagna sheet, creating individual portions full of cheesy goodness - I haven't turned  back. But for those who prefer a more traditional approach, I've included two different ways to build this classic dish, so everyone can enjoy their favorite version.
