Crockpot Marry Me Meatballs

Another night, another dinner, so let's make it easy. These Marry Me Meatballs start with frozen Italian-style meatballs and a jar of Alfredo sauce, so there's no onion to chop and no sauce to make from scratch. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, a little milk and a few seasonings, and the crockpot does the rest. The sauce comes out creamy and savory, with a little heat from red pepper flakes. I like to spoon it over mashed potatoes (yes, instant ones count), but rice or pasta works too. Add a simple vegetable on the side and dinner is done.

Minimal prep: No chopping an onion or making a sauce from scratch.

Easy shortcuts: Frozen meatballs and jarred Alfredo keep things simple.

Flexible serving options: Use whatever you have—mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.

Comfort food with little effort: A cozy dinner for a busy day.

I served mine over instant mashed potatoes with air fryer green beans on the side. And yes, instant mashed potatoes...there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a shortcut! They’re quick, easy, and perfect for catching all that creamy sauce. (The recipe linked for green beans shows asparagus, but you can cook either the same way!)

Pair an easy crockpot dinner with easy sides. Dinner doesn’t have to be made completely from scratch to be good.
