One Pan Philly Cheesesteak Bake

If you love a classic Philly cheesesteak but need something a little more weeknight-friendly, this Cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Rice Bake is such an easy way to get all of those flavors into one simple dinner. Shaved steak, peppers, mushrooms and garlic bake right alongside the rice in a savory beef broth mixture, then everything gets finished with plenty of melty provolone cheese on top.

I especially love recipes like this because there’s very little prep and almost everything cooks together in one baking dish. It’s hearty, cheesy and filling without requiring you to stand over the stove all evening...exactly the kind of dinner I want on a busy night.

You can serve it completely on its own, or add a simple side salad or roasted veggie if you want to round out the meal. It also reheats really well, so don’t be afraid to save the leftovers for lunch the next day!
